All villas can be shared by couples, families or friends and can host 2, 4, 6 or 8 persons respectively. All have an exclusive heated pool, private fully equipped garden, barbecue area and inside and outside wi-fi.
The ample gardens provide hammocks among the trees, relaxation corners, a hydro-massage tub set in between the stone trulli and nature, and a Turkish bath for your private wellness.
Hic is a timeless villa with two spacious bedrooms, one of them with a stone fireplace, that overlook a charming dining room with a fully equipped kitchen where the old meets the new. Both bathrooms have a spacious shower, one of them has a rain shower, and a window that gives a vibrant, bright ambients.
Moving outside the house to the farmyard, there is a large patio which is perfect for memorable breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The well-kept lawn area hosts a traditional stone barbecue corner, a perfect spot for grilling a family meal whilst taking in the fantastic scenery of your immediate surroundings. To complete this beautiful outdoor area there is a wonderful swimming pool and solarium. Take a plunge in the refreshing pool where you can view your special corner of paradise while slipping a cocktail or a glass of wine. The location makes the villa an ideal place to admire unforgettable sunsets, experiencing the solitude of nature and a tranquility that has been untouched for centuries.
Upon request this luxurious space can be expanded to incorporate our other villa “Nunc”, you’ll have a private door connecting these two villas making your experience even more exclusive while maintaining the essence of our ‘Hic et Nunc‘ experience.
